It is possible that the origins of eugenics, this more than controversial doctrine on the perfection of the human „breed”, go back into the depths of time. Legend has it that when the chief of the tribe was growing weaker and weaker, and needed a powerful successor, he chose the most beautiful women, and twelve brave young men copulated with her in turn. Then a child was born, and it soon became clear which of the „fathers” he resembled. That lucky one was then made the new leader. But the eleven losers followed the path of their spilled semen...
